Moving to electronic document storage has resulted in significant cost savings.
We were able to terminate the rental lease agreement of one of our copiers (Saving of R46 000 per annum) and reduce copy charges by R18 000 and paper purchases by R4 000 this financial year to date.
More significant savings will be realised in the forthcoming year in respect of the monthly rental paid on premises as less office space is required for storage purposes. (Estimated saving of R12 970 per month)
